The sawdust charcoal making machine designed by YUHONG includes pretreatment system of raw material, raw material transfer system, drying system, carbonization system, cooling system for charcoal, biomass gas collection system, dust removal and exhaust gas purification equipment, wastewater purification equipment, collection system for wood tar and wood vinegar.
Firstly, sawdust or other biomass shall be crushed less than 50mm by special shredder, and then it will be sent into drying machine by quantitative machine;
Secondly, dried sawdust is sent into carbonization furnace; charcoal will be discharged after it is cooled by cooling system;
Charcoal can be produced into charcoal briquette by the sawdust charcoal briquette machine; and it also can be reprocessed into activated carbon.
