Introduction
1. Mineral Slag dryer is the special drying system developed by my company to process the lightweight materials with high humidity and large proportion.
2. On technical performance, our slag dryer is in a leading position compared with domestic similar products. It is widely used for the drying of slag, carbide slag, limestone, clay, sand, water slag and other materials in building materials, metallurgy, mineral processing, chemical, cement and other industries.
3. Mineral Slag dryer adopts the latest three layer drying process and the full set of drying equipment is featured with reasonable design, stable performance, advanced technology, high output, low energy consumption, small covering area, high mechanization degree,etc.
Mineral slag dryer features:
This equipment makes great changes in the lift flitch devices, adopting new type multi-combination type which solves the wind tunnel phenomenon of the traditional dryer and is of high heat efficiency. The coal consumption is decreased by 20%.
Mineral slag dryer working principle:
1.Our equipment can meet the different requirements of material granularity and moisture after drying .
2. Large processing capacity , strong overload capacity, less fuel consumption, which can directly reduce the cost.
3.In order to achieve the best drying effect, our equipment adopts downstream drying method to guarantee the high thermal efficiency.
4. It adopts the new type of feeding, discharging device, which puts an end to the problems of feeding jams, discontinuous and uneven feeding, so it reduces the load of dust removal system for you .
5. Slag dryer realizes the innovation in internal structure,which strengthens the cleaning and heat conduction effect on scattered material, which makes the coal slime dryer have stronger adaptability to the material water content and stickiness.
6.our company design two different type slag dryer ,depend on the slag size ,moisture ,usage ,and so on .

It is applicable for drying of mineral slag, limestone, clay, river sand, quartz and, grain slag, coal slurry, and slurry that is of heavy wetness, and big specific weight.
