Introduction:
Fine sand recycling machine aims at the exploitation of dehydration, sculting, desliming, its biggest feature is that it can slove the sand loss problem in the sand making industry.
From domestic and foreign medium-sized stones factory, wash battlefield, artificial sand production line, the more than 90% is applied wet production line, the general order: storage bin→ feeder → crusher (primary or secondary and tertiary crushing equipment) → washing equipment (spiral sand washing machine or wheel sand washing machine) → screening equipment → finished materials. Wet production line as the name suggests is to use washing aggregate, it can not avoid the loss of part of the finished sand from sand washing machine, especially the loss of 0.16-0.2mm fine sand below the most serious wastage rate of over 20 percent.
Working Principle:
The pump sends the sand and water mixture to cyclone, the fine sand with eccentricity is sent to vibrating screen. The fine sand and water are effectively separated after dehydration, and little fine sand and mud go back to washing trough. When the liquid surface of the washing trough is high, the fine sand discharges from output opening. The linear vibrating screen can recover material with concentration 70%-85%, and fineness adjustable is achieved by changing pump rotation speed, changing mortar concentration, and adjusting overflow water yield.Our company has successfully developed a series of YHS fine sand recycling machine, its design is based on foreign advanced technology and the actual situation of sand powder. It is widely used in hydropower station gravel aggregate processing systems, glass raw material processing systems, artificial sand production line, coal cleaning plant, coarse slime recovery and environmental engineering (mud purification), etc., it can effectively solve the problem of fine sand recovery.
Features:
