Working Principle
New Type Jaw Crusher is made up into frame parts, eccentric shaft parts, crushing chamber parts, security parts,
adjustment parts for discharging mouth.
1. Frame parts includes side plates, front assembly and back weldment parts.
2. Eccentric shaft parts includes movable jaw, eccentric shaft, bearing, bearing seat, belt pulley. It is the main part for driving.
3. Crushing chamber parts includes fixed jaw plates, side scaleboard and guard sheets, they are the parts for crushing
4. security parts includes toggle plate, toggle seat, spring, spring bar and so on. they can secure the machine when working abnormally.
5. The adjustment parts are used for adjusting the size of discharging mouth, so that can control the material discharging granularity. Adjustable fixed wedge, adjustable moving wedge, bolts and tight bar for wedge are formed together called adjustment parts.
