Does the Raymond mill leak air?

When Raymond mill is working, the air duct needs to be carried out in a sealed state, so each link of the equipment is required to be sealed and there can be no air leakage. Therefore, many manufacturers will use sponge as a sealing material, if the use of poor quality, there will be air leakage. This material needs to be chosen well, and there will be no air leakage when used.

Ramon mills are installed with self-assembly construction, but are sometimes adapted to customer site conditions. In addition to the outlet and inlet of the air duct, air leakage cannot occur in the middle of the link, otherwise it will cause the overflow of internal dust, thus affecting the production environment.

What about air duct blockage?

Therefore, it is necessary to deal with the air duct. At the same time, the phenomenon of too much material will also lead to air duct blockage.

When Raymond mill is produced, the feeding speed should be kept within a reasonable range. If the feeding is too much and the equipment is too late for production, the air duct will be blocked. At the same time, the same type, according to the nature of the material in a specific range, when the material humidity or viscosity is large, poor liquidity, will lead to the phenomenon of blockage.
