Daily maintenance

2.The newly installed type is easy to loosen and must be checked frequently.

3.Pay attention to whether all parts of the machine work normally.

4.Pay attention to check the wear degree of easy to wear parts, pay attention to replace the worn parts at any time.

5.Put the bottom frame plane of the movable device, and dust and other things should be out so that the movable bearing can not move on the bottom frame when the machine encounters unbroken materials, resulting in serious accidents.

6.Bearing oil temperature rises, should stop immediately to check the reason to eliminate.

7.If there is impact sound when the gear is running, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and eliminated.

Installation commissioning

1.The equipment should be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with ground bolts.

2.When installing, attention should be paid to the vertical of the main body and the horizontal.

3.After installation, check whether the bolts in each part are loose and whether the door of the main engine compartment is tightened. If so, please tighten.

4.Power line and control switch are configured according to the power of the equipment.

5.After the inspection, the empty load test will be carried out, and the production can be carried out if the test is normal.
